Church has always been part of my life. I came to faith in my early teens and walked a broken winding road that led me to real faith and surrender to Jesus in my early 20s. Over the years I've served in many different churches as worship leader, prayer coordinator, deacon and elder. If you had asked me during those years I would have told you that I'd love to be a pastor some day, but I don't feel "called." When my wife and I moved to Ashford in 2018, I had no idea what God had in store for me in this little church on Westford Hill Rd. I was ordained as an Elder of the church in 2021, and in 2022 Pastor Steve announced his retirement and suggested me as his replacement. I honestly didn't see that coming. God works in mysterious ways. I am humbled and honored to be allowed a place of ministry in His church and amazed every day at how He provides all that is needed to do the work He has called me to.
